Death of the Bookmark

Derrick’s dad is a former 3M employee, so it’s no wonder we haven’t used a bookmark in ages. I live by Post-It Notes and so when I saw these super cute page tabs from Poketo, I just wanna snap them up for everyone I know.

The whole peek-a-boo effect with these tabs would be in every notebook if I were still in school. For now, I have plans to order some for the many books I have still yet to read at home. This will be the first time my post-it notes and flags will be jealous!

Poketo also recently updated their site with a fresh new look and easier navigation. Choose from 3 styles of tabs – bears, bunnies and clouds.

If you love these tabs, you’ll probably love Poketo’s entire selection of stationery goodies. They’re based in downtown LA and continually collaborate with artists around the world to offer you specially made, limited edition goods.

Cheers,

> Christine

When Cassie and I joined the Display & Design program at Langara, we had one type assignment and it was to carve a letter out of styrofoam and apply a faux finish. Yes, not your most environmentally-friendly project, but it was one of my favourites because I never knew I was capable of carving anything. Well, today's post reminded me of that assignment - cool fonts designed by Handmade Font. // Read More
